Refund policy

30-day returns

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be returned with all original parts. To start a return, contact us through our contact page with your order number and we'll send return instructions.

• Return shipping is paid by the customer.
• Original shipping charges are not refunded.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

30-day swing guarantee

Practice with your Dr.Golf tool for up to 30 days after delivery. If you don't feel your swing has improved, contact us within those 30 days. Return the product (return shipping paid by the customer) and we'll refund the purchase price once it arrives. Original shipping charges are not refunded. Limited to one guarantee claim per customer per product.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
