“My swing never felt smooth until I started using this. The Tempo Swing Stick gives you instant feedback on what you're doing wrong. Game changer.”
How this helps my practice
Complete your swing. A good swing needs two things to repeat: an unhurried rhythm, and arms that turn with your body. The Dr.Golf Bundle gives you a tool for each.
- Tempo Swing Stick: moulded grip, foam-covered weighted tip and an audible click you can swing to. Smooth out your transition.
- Connection Band: two elastic upper-arm loops that let you feel your arms move with your turn. Keep it all connected.
Regular price: $144.98. As the Dr.Golf Bundle: $94.98 (save $50), with free shipping to Canada and the US.

Questions, answered.
How long should I practise?
A few minutes is enough to start. Short, focused sessions — at home, before a round or at the range — are easier to keep up than long ones.
How do I check fit and compatibility?
Check the product options and specifications on this page. Not sure about size or handedness? Ask us before you order.
